It was late on the afternoon, but Dawn was not phased at all. She reassured me and told me that she would stay back late to ensure that I left with a cake that I was happy with. What a true professional; she remained patient; suggested alternatives; changed bits that I wasn’t happy with and I never once felt that I was an inconvenience.
